We are working tirelessly to expedite our processing procedures to ensure that your package reaches you in a timely manner. Before placing an order, please be sure to carefully read the following information:
We offer free shipping for electric bicycles, and all associated taxes and fees are covered by KIDDOWE. Our bicycles are shipped from our warehouse located in Poland; orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-order items). The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, though the exact delivery date may vary depending on your shipping address. Please note that accessories and spare parts are not included in this shipping offer.

Note: Riders of electric bicycles under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult while riding.


Order Processing Time:
Typically, it takes 1–2 business days to process an order after it has been received. Due to potential minor delays with local courier services, please allow some extra time for the system to update the shipping tracking information. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery Time: For orders placed from European countries, we ship from our warehouse in Poland, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.


Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing detailed tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.
Upon receiving your order, we automatically contact our warehouse to verify stock availability and immediately begin preparing your shipment.
If an item you ordered is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you via email.
If the item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment, we will generate the corresponding shipping label.
If, for any reason, you do not receive the aforementioned information—or if you require further details regarding your delivery—please send an email to support@kiddowe.com, and we will provide you with the latest updates on your order's progress. Order Cancellation Service:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order and refund your payment provided that the item has not yet been shipped. Once the item has been shipped and signed for by you, the order can no longer be cancelled. For information regarding returns or exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy.


Order Receipt and Delivery:
Given the specific shipping characteristics of electric bicycles (which involve high product value and shipping restrictions regarding large-capacity lithium batteries), these orders require a signature confirmation upon delivery. We have instructed our carriers to strictly obtain the recipient's signature confirmation prior to delivery; under no circumstances are packages to be left unattended or placed indiscriminately. In certain specific situations, the carrier may accept visual verification of the recipient's identity as an alternative to a physical written signature.
